Itai Varochik

Itai Varochik is an Israeli growth marketer turned AI-native operator who builds and runs AI-driven brand and reputation systems for executives. He is the founder and CEO of The Crest (TheCrest.ai), an executive presence platform launched in 2025 that publishes curated, SEO-optimized professional profiles designed to build trust and visibility for senior leaders, and a founder of ExcBrand.AI, an invitation-only AI reputation-management service that measures and improves how the major AI engines and Google present an executive.

His path runs from more than 14 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, including growth marketing at SparkBeyond, the AI-powered problem-solving platform, to operating a portfolio of AI-run products as a solo founder. As a Fractional Chief AI Officer, he advises multinational holding clients on applying agentic AI inside the executive office, including AI-assisted operations and corporate web presence.

His operating model is distinctive: rather than staffing an agency, he runs an agentic AI stack in which autonomous agents handle production work (research, writing, publishing, monitoring) while he remains in the approval loop. That system also powers GetASearch.com, an independent review platform covering 500+ AI, business, security and finance tools.

Based in Hod Hasharon, in the Tel Aviv area of Israel, Varochik works with a globally distributed set of clients and partners. His current focus is scaling The Crest's membership and ExcBrand's design-partner engagements with executive clients.
