The engines already answer for your name.

Ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity who you are and you get a paragraph, not a list of links. Your AI Reputation Manager reads that paragraph every week, writes what would change it, and publishes only what you approved.

What the engines do today
They answer, they do not list
ChatGPT search composes an answer with links to the sources it drew on; the Sources button under the answer lists them. The reader meets the paragraph first. (OpenAI, ChatGPT search)
Google now writes the first result
AI Overviews and AI Mode draw their supporting links from pages that are indexed and eligible for Search; Google says the way in is helpful, reliable, people-first content. (Google Search Central)
Being cited can be measured
Generative engine optimisation research measures visibility by whether and how a source is cited in the answer, not by its rank. (Aggarwal et al., 2024, arXiv 2311.09735)
Search your own name in one engine tonight and read the second sentence. That sentence is the record we work on.

How it works

Four steps, one rule: nothing goes out that you did not approve.

  1. 01

    Read the record

We ask five engines what they say about you, every week, and show you the answers as they were given.

  2. 02

    Approve every word

Each piece written for your name arrives for your decision. One tap approves, one tap adjusts, one tap holds.

  3. 03

    Publish only what you approved

Approved pieces go to your connected channels and your official page. Nothing is published in bulk and nothing is published for you.

  4. 04

    Read the monthly reading

Sentiment, Visibility, Accuracy, Authority, read against last month. Real movement is measured monthly.

Seats are opened by invitation and set up for each professional by their organization

Ask for a seat

Tell us who you are. We reply in writing.

A person reads every request. If a seat is right for you, we write to the organization that would set it up, with a proposal written for them. If it is not, we say so.

Writing for your organization, with several professionals in mind? Ask for a proposal on the proposal page.

We reply in writing within two working days. Your address is used for that reply and for nothing else.

Before you ask

Five things a careful reader wants to know first.

Who sets up the seat?
Your organization. Seats are opened by invitation and set up for each professional by the organization they represent. You can ask for one yourself; the proposal goes to the person you name, or to the organization once we have spoken.
What do you never publish?
Anything you have not approved, anything about you that is not on your approved record, and anything in bulk. Every piece is written for your name, shown to you, and published one decision at a time.
What is the monthly reading?
A one-page reading of what the engines said about you this month against last month, in four measures: Sentiment, Visibility, Accuracy, Authority. Real movement is measured monthly, so that is the cadence we report.
Where does my official page live?
On a page written from your approved record, with the structured data the engines read. Where your organization already keeps a page for you, we write for that page as well. The Crest profile is one of the placements available when it fits.
How long before the first reading?
The first record is read in the first week after your seat opens. The first monthly reading follows a month later, because a shorter interval would report noise.
